The saying “If I knew what I know now then things would have been a lot easier!” Hopefully this will help you up and coming or even you experienced rideshare drivers out there.
Below are are few tips and items that you should have in your vehicle while you are out driving your customers around!
- Fabreeze! Or some other kind of air freshener. You might be the one that has a funky smell but some of the people you pick up will. You have to be prepared to combat those stinky smells with something. This is one of my favorite to do it! Fabreeze Auto..works wonders
- Glass cleaner! Nothing like having a child or a drunk adult that is acting like a child draw images on your window while they are enjoying their ride. It would be difficult to clean off those works of art with just a rag. Sprayway is my favorite, it will get rid of those unwanted doodles and minimizes streaks…win win!
- Papertowels and a rag is also something to keep handy. Helps clean up little messes and keep the car nice and tight. Rubber gloves can also be a life saver. You never know what you might have to clean up..especially if you are a night owl driver. Here is a set that works well for these situations
- Another item that will help on those late night oops’s, and I hate to say it, but barf bags. After picking up a person or a few from a late night of intoxicating fun you have to be prepared. Don’t for get the barf bags!!
These are just a few items to help get you started and to go out into the Ridesharing world prepared. I hope this helps and have fun out there
